My radio seems to be stuck transmitting (Clone)

It's likely the VOX (voice activation) was inadvertently enabled. Can you give the following a try?

 Press the PTT button then immediately after press "MENU" twice and then the "minus" button.

This should disable VOX. Here's a quick video on it.
